Refund and Returns Policy

Returns for New Containers:
We understand that situations may arise where you need to return a new container. To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within a specified period from the date of delivery. The container must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our customer service team before returning the item.

Returns for Used Containers:
As a general rule, Xpress Shipping Containers does not accept returns for used containers. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

Refund Process:
Refunds for new containers will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds for used containers are generally not applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fees:
New container returns may be subject to restocking fees based on the condition of the returned item. Used container purchases are final, and restocking fees do not apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide guidance on the appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for new containers. Xpress Shipping Containers covers return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims for new containers should be directed to the manufacturer if applicable. Used containers are sold “as-is,” and warranty claims are not applicable.

Refund Policy:
To initiate a refund, customers are kindly advised to request it within three(3) days of receiving the container. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon the return of the container to our facility. Please note that the actual timeline for the funds to appear in your account may vary based on your chosen payment method and the policies of your financial institution. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this timeline are greatly appreciated.
